At Twice the Tees, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

  • If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
  • We will replace the item at no charge to you.
  • Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Returns for Size Issues or Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns for size exchanges or changes of mind:

  • The item must be returned to our address in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
  • Returns for size or preference changes will incur a $6 restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us.
  • Once we receive the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address:

  3. After the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Items not meeting return conditions (e.g., worn or damaged by the customer) may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Restocking fees do not apply to damaged or misprinted items.
